Spiced Couple is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to terminate any session we reasonably believe involves a minor.
2. Description of Service
Spiced Couple is a browser-based real-time game designed for two consenting adults. Players share a unique session link, then take turns completing challenges across multiple intensity levels. The Service requires no account, no registration and no download.
3. Acceptable Use
By using the Service you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
- Share a session link with a person who has not explicitly consented to participate
- Upload, share or transmit any content that is illegal, non-consensual, or involves minors in any way
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service to harass, abuse or harm another person
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission
4. User-Generated Content
The Service allows users to send photos, voice messages and videos to their session partner. You are solely responsible for any content you transmit through the Service. By transmitting content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share that content
- The content does not depict any person who has not consented to its creation and sharing
- The content does not violate any applicable law
We do not review, moderate or store user-generated content beyond the duration of the game session. Content is transmitted directly between session participants and deleted within 24 hours.
5. Premium Features
Certain intensity levels (Fire and Hard) require a one-time premium unlock. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on spicedcouple.com — including text, design, graphics, game mechanics and challenges — is the exclusive property of Spiced Couple and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content shared between users during a game session.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spiced Couple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including Firebase (Google LLC) and Netlify. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services. Their use is subject to their respective terms of service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the territory in which Spiced Couple operates.
